Fairly clean hotel with super location in San Miguel de Allende near the bus station and the historical city centre and the Jardín and the town centre. Such great overall experience.

Everything was great, the staff were amicable and the location was marvellous. Location: the hotel was just next door to the bus station, taxis, and many restaurants. I had coffee at Cafe Eluney, located within 10 minutes walk. Got double room when arrived, liked that. It was modern and had a particularly nice view.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being pretty close to the bus station and right in the center of everything. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are all in place. I particularly loved the rooms with a patio, offering a nice view, and the fact that breakfast is included is a bonus.

The noisy doors and thin walls make it difficult to sleep at night.

I had a short stay at Hotelitto San Miguel and found it to be good value for the money. The room was quite spacious and had clean sheets and towels. The hot water in the shower was a plus. Despite a small drawback of no natural light in the room, the friendly staff made up for it with their helpfulness. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly option in San Miguel de Allende.

The rooms were comfortable and had a big mirror to make the room feel bigger. The staff was helpful, giving recommendations and showing us where to go on a map. The hotel was close to the town's festivities, making it convenient to celebrate the New Year.

Some areas of the hotel were not cleaned properly after the previous guests, with hair in the sheets and used soap in the bathroom. There was no air circulation, making the room feel damp and musty.

The staff and owner were quite friendly and welcoming with us, always willing to assist. They provided us with some complimentary amenities and a tour of some sightseeing spots, which was very helpful for a business trip. the location was convenient with easy access to some local food and entertainment establishments that we enjoyed.

The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. the room was smaller than expected for the price and it had a musty smell.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, upgrading our room to a beautiful house nearby. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the area. This hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the downtown area and public transportation.
